I did a new measurement today. I have done 7 workouts and been on the diet for 2 weeks. The results so far:
- Weight: 78kg (loss about 1)
- Chest: 110 (gain 2)
- Belly: 90m (loss 1)
- Ass at widest: 96cm (loss 2)
- Arms: 30cm (no change)
- Thighs: 57cm (loss 2)
- Neck: 41cm (no change)
I was actually expecting to see some gain on the arms (I have been able to increase my weight steadily), but looks like only chest has gained size. There is definitely some visible weight loss on the belly.
The program is not working as well as intended, what is going wrong? One guess would be dehydration – I feel an enormous thirst these days – and I think I am not feeding my body enough water. This is something to be corrected for the next 2 weeks.
