Another measurement. I have done 10 workouts and been on the diet for 3 weeks. The results so far:
- Weight: 82kg (gain: 3 kg)
- Chest:
106(see below) - Belly: 90m (loss 1)
- Ass at widest: 96cm (loss 2)
- Arms: 31cm (gain 1)
- Thighs: 55cm (loss 4)
- Neck: 41cm (no change)
A new measurement of the chest was done – this time by a another person. There is NO WAY my chest has been 110, or even 108 as originally measured. So we strike this data point: measurement error.
My fitness training log shows a significant improvement in the weights I am able to lift. I will do another picture next week (at the end of the workout) to see if there is a visible improvement.
I have also increased my intake of water – the feeling of dehydration is almost gone.
There is another benefit of the workout and change of diet: My tolerance for fat and sugars has dropped. I have allowed myself one day of sin per week (to avoid my body going into starvation mode). Even on that day, I feel truly disgusted about taking in too much fat. I simply no longer feel like eating unhealthy.
But damn, I miss a glass of wine…
